My first collaborative coding project - an aesthetic album art viewer for Spotify users with basic controls!

During the pandemic, I had two passions: music, and learning to code. This project was the perfect blend of these two hobbies. During this project, I was introduced to JavaScript, UI design, APIs and OAuth2 authentication. In the end, I had a small window that I could lock to the top of my screen that showed the artist and track name layered over the album art in a way that I found aesthetically pleasing, along with some basic playback controls.

The project was ultimately deprecated due to a lack of maintenance, including security updates.
